Kevin Alderman

Kevin's reputation and relationships are at the core of a lifetime commitment to the roofing industry. Those commitments have carried through the last two decades serving as Vice President of Wood Roofing for 13 years until purchasing the company in 2011 and hiring his three sons to solidify Wood Roofing as a family business.
Dustin Alderman
President / Joined In 2011
Dustin’s career started in the electrical industry and brought the concept of renewable energy into the Wood Roofing family. He now has oversight of the production and sheet metal divisions of the company and focuses on developing relationships with general contractors, architects, and property owners to continue our company’s legacy of commitment, competence, and care.
Dan Reis

Dan comes to Wood Roofing with over 20 years of sales and business leadership experience. His diverse background includes financial, cellular, and heavy equipment sales and leadership. His experience will help to guide sales, service, and the general management of the company.
Bryan Plants

With over a decade of experience in commercial construction and estimating, Bryan Plants brings a deep understanding of project development, scope creation, and cost analysis to Wood Roofing & Sheet Metal Company. His career spans various industries including roofing, masonry, and architectural cladding—making him a valuable asset to clients seeking precise, transparent, and value-driven solutions. Bryan is committed to delivering exceptional service and believes that strong communication and proactive support are key to successful partnerships. Whether collaborating with property managers, architects, or general contractors, he ensures that each project receives thoughtful attention from planning through completion.
Chase Alderman
Vice President Estimating & Procurement

Chase's responsibilities include estimating all public bids as well as private work for the production and sheet metal divisions. commercial roofing and sheet metal design, material ordering, and GC relationship management. He also assists with the management of our bid database and scheduling.
Jamie Green
Office Manager

Jamie Green joined the Wood Roofing team in 2025 as the Office Manager. She comes to us with many years of administrative experience in the trade and construction industries. With her extensive experience, Jamie can quickly assist customers and co-workers. She can quickly address any issues that arise. Problem solving is her favorite part of the day. Jamie brings a joyous attitude to work every day. In her spare time, Jamie enjoys spending time with her husband, 5 children, 15 grandchildren and friends.
Oran Ellis
Project Manager

Oran comes from a family that has been employed at Wood Roofing for over two generations. He is responsible for all of our project submittals, roof detail drafts and design blueprints and manages our project warranties. Oran ensures all of our vendors are properly managed to keep projects on timeline and executed efficiently.
Nick Ray
Architectural Sheet Metal Division Manager

Nick oversees fabrication & installation processes, supervises employees, performs project procurement duties, minimizes waste, provides leadership, inspection of completed work, ensures a safe workplace and a positive environment. He specializes in exterior facades including substrates utilizing a wide variety of materials including sheet metal, MCM composite material, reinforced concrete panels, perforated & decorative metal, both interior and exterior finishes. Nick's greatest attribute is taking 'ownership' of project responsibilities from inception to completion.
Trish Mitchell
Controller

Trish Mitchell joined the WRS team in 2023. Trish has her Bachelors and Masters in Accountancy from the University of Iowa. Trish has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Trish has audit experience both working as an external audit herself and working with external auditors. She works diligently for her Company during every audit to ensure accuracy. This has resulted in reduced spending and savings over the past decades. Trish also has worked closely with Information Technology teams to develop new tools for improving processes and productivity. These tools have saved unmeasurable hours and costs. Trish brings this innovating approach to processes and problem solving to the WRS Management Team.
Matt Muhlbauer

With over 20 years of experience in the roofing industry, Matt has built a reputation for his expertise in both residential and commercial roofing projects. His extensive knowledge spans installation, repairs, and project management, making him a trusted professional in the field. Prior to roofing, he served for 10 years in the U.S. Army. Alongside his professional accomplishments, Matt has been happily married to his wife, Kayla for 5 years, and they share a home with their two dogs—a Vizsla and a Red Heeler—who are cherished members of the family. Outside of work, Matt enjoys hunting and golfing.
Ben Johnson
Project Manager / Safety Director

With 14 years of experience in the construction industry, Ben Johnson brings a wealth of expertise to his role as Safety Director and Project Manager at Wood Roofing. Before transitioning into construction, Ben worked in sales for a national distributor, where he cultivated strong relationships across various trades. This network has been invaluable in ensuring smooth project coordination and successful outcomes. As Safety Director, Ben is dedicated to advancing the company’s safety goals and implementing best practices to ensure a safer future for all. He plays a pivotal role in leading teams on commercial construction projects, collaborating closely with trade partners to help build the future. Outside of work, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his beautiful family and going hunting.
Joe Green
Warehouse & Equipment Manager

Joe Green has been an integral part of our team for over 10 years with a total of 36 years as a mechanic, serving as our dedicated Lead Mechanic. With unmatched expertise in machinery and vehicle repair, Joe has played a pivotal role in ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. His deep understanding of equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization has kept our fleet and machinery in top working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Known for his reliability and problem-solving skills, Joe approaches every challenge with precision and a can-do attitude. His commitment to excellence, combined with his ability to accept any challenge has helped shape a strong, knowledgeable team.​
